TabFlow isn't just a OneTab clone — it’s built from the ground up for bookmark safety and AI-powered organization.
Unlike OneTab’s volatile extension storage, TabFlow uses IndexedDB with automatic JSON backups. Your bookmarks survive Chrome updates, crashes, and profile resets.
TabFlow reads each bookmark’s title and URL, then automatically assigns relevant tags — no manual categorization needed. Find anything in seconds.
Use TabFlow at selfloom.github.io/tabflow/app.html in any browser, on any device. No extension required. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and mobile.
Export your entire bookmark library as JSON with one click. TabFlow can also auto-export backups so you always have a safety net.
Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud storage, no telemetry, no servers. Your bookmarks are yours alone.
Replace Chrome’s cluttered new tab page with a focused, dark-themed dashboard that shows your bookmarks organized by AI tags.
The risks of staying with OneTab — and what you gain by switching.
Move all your saved tabs from OneTab to TabFlow in under 30 seconds.
Click the OneTab icon in Chrome, then click "Export / share URLs" in the top-right corner. This opens a page with all your saved tab URLs in a plain text list. Select all (Ctrl+A) and copy (Ctrl+C).
Go to selfloom.github.io/tabflow/app.html. Look for the import button or text area, then paste your copied URL list. TabFlow accepts URL lists, bookmark HTML exports, and JSON.
TabFlow reads each imported URL and title, then assigns tags automatically. You can review and edit tags anytime. All your data stays local — nothing is uploaded.
Once your bookmarks are imported, click the export button to save a JSON backup. Store it somewhere safe. Unlike OneTab, you now have a real safety net.
Install the TabFlow Chrome extension to replace your new tab page with your AI-organized dashboard. The web app works standalone too — you choose.
Real experiences from Reddit — paraphrased with source attribution.
I had 847 links saved in OneTab spanning two years of research. Chrome updated, and every single one vanished. No warning, no recovery option. Switched to TabFlow the same day — the auto-backup alone is worth it.Source: r/chrome, 2025
OneTab was great until it wasn’t. Lost about 300 tabs after a browser crash. Found multiple threads of people losing even more. TabFlow gives me the same one-click save without the anxiety of wondering if my data will still be there tomorrow.Source: r/chrome_extensions, 2025
Chrome 148 messed up my bookmark bar and I almost lost everything again. That was the final straw. TabFlow’s standalone web app means I’m no longer dependent on Chrome’s fragile extension storage. Plus, the AI tagging actually saves me time instead of adding work.Source: r/chrome, 2025
